1.Scope and Who This Applies To
This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse Frontier, Inc. ("Pulse Frontier," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with CoachZR (coachzr.com), the ShoQ ZR app, and QX Federal, when accessed as part of the same account. It applies to Members and Creators alike; where a practice differs between the two, that is stated explicitly.
2.Information We Collect
2.1 Account and Identity Information
- Name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address, collected at signup.
- For Creators: Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number, collected for 1099-NEC tax reporting once a Creator is paid $600 or more in a calendar year, and whatever identity verification our payment processor requires to activate a payout account.
- Payment card or bank information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor; Pulse Frontier does not store full payment card numbers.
2.2 Content You Share
- Training logs: drill results, scores, notes, and, in the public community feed only, images and video. Logs shared privately with a Creator may include text, scores, and still images, but not video, consistent with the Terms of Service.
- Personal training journal entries, visible only to you unless you separately choose to share a specific entry.
- Public feed posts, comments, and any content you choose to post for community visibility.
- Messages sent to Creators or received from Creators through in-app messaging, including broadcast messages a Creator sends to their Members.
- Quiz responses and interactions with the AI training-analysis tool and AI training chat.
2.3 Hardware and Performance Data
- If you use Pulse Frontier hardware (PulseAim, ShotPulse, RifleAxis, and similar devices), performance telemetry, session data, shot timing, scoring, group size, drill results, and related sensor-derived measurements, syncs to your account.
- QX Federal drill records: timestamped, audit-logged performance data from completed drills, and any Creator attestation associated with a digital achievement record.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information, IP address, browser type, and general usage data (pages visited, features used, session length), collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 12.
3.How We Use Information
- To operate the Platform: create and manage your account, process payments and payouts, deliver content and messages, and match Members with Creators through the discovery features described in the Terms of Service.
- To power the AI training-analysis tool and AI training chat, described further in Section 5.
- To comply with tax reporting, payment processor requirements, and applicable law.
- To investigate disputes, refund requests, chargebacks, and violations of the Terms of Service.
- To maintain platform safety, including reviewing flagged content and enforcing the prohibited-use provisions of the Terms of Service.
- To improve the Platform, understand usage patterns, and develop new features.
- To send service communications (billing notices, security alerts) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
4.How Information Is Shared
Pulse Frontier does not sell personal information to third parties. Information is shared only as follows:
- With your payment processor, to the extent necessary to process a transaction or payout.
- With a Creator, limited to what you choose to share with them: a training log you submit to that Creator, messages you send them, and, if you subscribe, your membership status. A Creator does not see your private journal entries or logs you have not shared with them.
- With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, customer support tooling, analytics, the AI tools described in Section 5), under contractual obligations limiting their use of the data to providing that function.
- Where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the safety of a Member, Creator, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a materially similar successor policy.
5.AI Tools and Your Data
- The AI training-analysis tool and AI training chat process the training log and journal data you submit to them in order to generate analysis and responses. This processing is for your own use and is not shared with a Creator unless you separately choose to share the underlying log with that Creator.
- A Creator's AI assistant, described in the Terms of Service, is trained on that Creator's own content and teaching style; it does not have access to another Creator's content or to a Member's private journal.
- As stated in the Terms of Service, AI-generated responses are educational assistance tools, not a substitute for instruction, legal advice, tactical advice, or professional judgment.
6.Data Retention
- Identity and tax records are retained for as long as required by IRS recordkeeping rules (generally a minimum of 4 years from the date the tax is due or paid).
- Training logs, journal entries, and QX Federal records are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after account closure to support dispute resolution, consistent with the Creator KYC Policy.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 7, subject to the retention exceptions in this Section.
7.Your Choices and Rights
- You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the method described in Section 16.
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or your account settings; you will continue to receive service and billing communications necessary to your account.
- Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) or similar state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.
- Requests will be verified using your account information before being fulfilled, to protect against fraudulent requests.
8.Creator Data Portability
As described in the Terms of Service, a Creator's Members belong to that Creator's community, not to Pulse Frontier. If a Creator's account is deactivated or the Creator chooses to leave the Platform, Pulse Frontier will provide the Creator a reasonable export of:
- Subscriber contact information, limited to Members who have consented to their contact information being shared with that Creator for this purpose.
- Journal or feedback content the Creator personally authored.
- Posts and digital products the Creator uploaded.
A Member's consent to inclusion in a Creator's export is collected at the time of subscribing or, at minimum, before any export is generated, and a Member may withdraw that consent at any time through their account settings. Export format and timing will be specified in the Creator Agreement.
9.Age Requirement and Children's Privacy
- CoachZR, ShoQ ZR, and QX Federal are intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
- Content depicting a minor handling or firing a firearm is prohibited under the Terms of Service and is not knowingly collected, retained, or displayed.
- If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
10.Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting internal access to identity, tax, and payment data to personnel who need it, and the recordkeeping access restrictions described in the Creator KYC Policy. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.Firearms-Related Data: A Note on Sensitivity
We recognize that association with a firearms-training platform, and the training and performance data generated through it, carries a degree of personal sensitivity beyond what a generic privacy policy typically addresses, independent of whether a specific data element is formally classified as "sensitive" under applicable state privacy law. We apply the access controls described in Section 10 to this data with that in mind, and we do not share training log content, hardware telemetry, or QX Federal records with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
12.Cookies and Tracking
coachzr.com uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.
13.Third-Party Links and Creator Subdomains
A Creator's subdomain (yourname.coachzr.com) and any vendor partner links (including ZR Expo discount partners) are part of the Platform, but a Creator's own external links, and any third-party site you reach through them, are not covered by this Policy. Review the privacy practices of any third-party site before providing information there.
14.Hardware and Gear Store
The separate retail store for merchandise, training gear, and hardware devices, described in the Terms of Service, operates its own checkout and, where practical, its own privacy terms. Purchases made there are not governed by this Policy; a Creator referral commission on a hardware sale reflects only that a referral occurred, not the details of what was purchased.
15.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect, consistent with the notice provisions in the Terms of Service.
16.Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your personal information, can be directed to us using the contact form at coachzr.com, or through your account settings at coachzr.com.
