Pulse Frontier, Inc.

Terms of Service

CoachZR (coachzr.com), a platform operated by Pulse Frontier, Inc. |

These Terms are the checkbox-enforced agreement presented at account creation and again at first subscription checkout. The Platform offers Creator memberships, tips, digital downloads, and digitally delivered classes. It does not offer, process payment for, or plan to offer booked, in-person, or live-fire instruction.

1.Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of CoachZR, accessible at coachzr.com (the "Platform"), operated by Pulse Frontier, Inc. ("Pulse Frontier," "we," "us"), a Florida corporation. The Platform connects Members with independent Creators, firearms instructors, mentors, gunsmiths, and other firearms-knowledgeable individuals, offering paid digital memberships, tips, and digital content. Pulse Frontier is the merchant of record for all transactions on the Platform.

2.Nature of the Platform

  • Pulse Frontier provides software that lets independent Creators and Members discover each other, communicate, and transact. Pulse Frontier does not itself provide firearms instruction, coaching, or advice; the educational relationship exists between a Creator and a Member, not between Pulse Frontier and a Member.
  • Pulse Frontier does not employ Creators. Creators are independent contributors who set their own membership content, tiers, and pricing within platform limits.
  • Pulse Frontier does not sell, broker, or ship firearms, ammunition, or regulated accessories.
  • CoachZR verifies a Creator's identity and reviews any submitted credentials for authenticity where possible. Approval to participate on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, certification, or a representation that a Creator is competent or suitable for any particular Member.
  • Creator discovery inside the Platform is presented using neutral, factual criteria, specialty, rating, availability, and Creator-uploaded credentials, filterable by the Member. Pulse Frontier does not present any Creator as "recommended" or otherwise endorsed by Pulse Frontier.

3.Creator Memberships, Tips, and Digital Downloads

The Platform offers four ways for a Member to pay a Creator, all processed with Pulse Frontier as merchant of record:

  • Recurring membership:ongoing access to a Creator's community posts, Q&A, digital lesson content, and feedback on a Member's own submitted training logs and performance data, billed on a recurring basis.
  • One-time tips: a voluntary, one-time support payment from a Member to a Creator.
  • Digital downloads: one-time purchase of a specific digital item, a PDF, a pre-recorded video, or similar digital content, sold by a Creator.
  • Digital classes: live (Zoom or webinar) or self-paced classes delivered entirely online. The Platform does not offer, process payment for, or plan to offer in-person or live-fire classes; any class sold through Platform checkout is delivered digitally.

By subscribing to a recurring membership, you agree to the following, which you must affirmatively acknowledge by checkbox before your first charge:

  • Your membership will recur automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel.
  • You will receive an email notification at least 3 days before each recurring charge, showing the amount and billing date.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period, with no phone call or written request required.
  • Charges will appear on your statement under a billing descriptor referencing the specific Creator or community you subscribed to, in addition to Pulse Frontier, Inc., so that recurring charges are recognizable.

4.Training Logs and Creator Feedback

A training log is data a Member chooses to share on the Platform describing their own practice: drill results, scores, notes, and, in the public community feed only, images and video. Training logs shared privately with a Creator for feedback may include text, scores, and still images, but not video.

  • Feedback from a Creator on a shared training log is guidance based on that Creator's own knowledge and experience. It is not professional instruction unless the Creator holds and discloses a relevant professional certification, and even then, does not substitute for hands-on, in-person instruction.
  • The Platform does not label a submitted training log as "Reviewed." Status is limited to submission and response state ("Submitted," "Awaiting Feedback," "Feedback Given"). A Creator responding to a log is giving feedback on what was shared, not certifying that the underlying practice is safe.
  • Creators are expected to flag, directly to the Member, any clear and foreseeable safety issue visible in a shared training log, and to recommend qualified in-person instruction where appropriate, rather than remain silent.
  • A Member submitting a training log represents that any photograph or video included does not depict a minor handling or firing a firearm, and does not depict content otherwise prohibited under Section 8.
  • Pulse Frontier may review shared training log or public feed content for compliance with these Terms and may remove content or suspend an account for a violation.

5.Creator Payouts

  • Pulse Frontier's platform fee will not exceed 20 percent of a Creator's gross revenue from memberships, tips, and digital downloads. The fee schedule may vary by a Creator's revenue tier (for example, a lower rate above a monthly revenue threshold) and will be disclosed to each Creator in their Creator Agreement; it will never exceed 20 percent without a separate, affirmatively agreed amendment.
  • Creator payouts are calculated and issued monthly, not per transaction. A balance below the $25 minimum payout threshold rolls forward to the following month rather than being paid out.
  • No payout is issued for a given billing cycle until the refund window applicable to that cycle has closed.
  • A current Form W-9 (or equivalent tax form) must be on file before any payout is issued.
  • Pulse Frontier may withhold or delay a payout where there is a pending chargeback, an unresolved refund request, a suspected policy violation, or a concern about the safety or legality of content or feedback provided, pending review.
  • The Platform does not process payment for booked, in-person, or hands-on session instruction of any kind; this is not planned as a future feature. Any class a Creator offers through the Platform is delivered digitally and is compensated through the payout structure described above, whether sold as part of a membership or as a standalone digital class purchase.

6.Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks

  • Members may request a refund according to the refund window shown at checkout for each membership tier, tip, or digital download.
  • Approved refunds are deducted from the relevant Creator's accrued balance for the current cycle before that balance is paid out. If an approved refund or chargeback exceeds the Creator's current accrued balance, the shortfall is carried forward and deducted from the next cycle's payout.
  • Members are encouraged to contact Pulse Frontier support before initiating a card dispute, so that legitimate refund requests can be resolved without a chargeback.
  • Pulse Frontier reserves the right to suspend a Creator's ability to accept new members or new training log submissions while a dispute is under review.

7.Cancellation of Your Account

You may cancel any membership or close your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period unless required by the applicable refund window or by law.

8.Prohibited Use

  • Listing, advertising, or attempting to sell firearms, ammunition, or regulated accessories through the Platform, its messaging tools, its checkout flow, a membership, or a training log.
  • Circumventing Platform payment processing to pay or be paid outside the Platform for membership access, content, or feedback arranged through CoachZR.
  • Providing false certification, identity, or licensing information during onboarding, or misrepresenting one's Creator subtype.
  • A Creator describing themselves as a certified instructor without holding and disclosing the relevant credential.
  • Submitting or requesting video, or any content depicting a minor handling or firing a firearm, through a private training log shared with a Creator.
  • Booking, offering, or attempting to pay for in-person or hands-on firearms instruction through the Platform's checkout. The Platform does not offer this and does not plan to; any class sold through the Platform is delivered digitally.

9.Creator Conduct and Indemnification

  • Each Creator agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pulse Frontier, Inc., its officers, and its employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Creator's own grossly negligent, reckless, or intentional misconduct in providing content, feedback, or guidance through the Platform.
  • This indemnification obligation is not backed by a Creator-carried insurance policy, since no Creator is required to carry liability insurance to participate. The Platform does not process payment for in-person or hands-on instruction, so no Creator activity compensated through the Platform involves in-person supervision; this limitation is stated here so it is not overstated in any dispute.
  • Nothing in this Section limits any remedy a Member may have directly against a Creator, and nothing in this Section is intended to make Pulse Frontier an insurer of any Creator's conduct.

10.Platform Tools and Content Disclosures

  • AI assistant: a Creator may offer an AI-generated assistant reflecting their own content and teaching style. AI-generated responses are educational assistance tools and are not a substitute for instruction, legal advice, tactical advice, or professional judgment. Creators remain solely responsible for any instruction or advice they personally provide.
  • Broadcast content: a Creator may push guidance, updates, or lessons to their Members. Pulse Frontier does not review, approve, or verify broadcast content before publication.
  • Hardware telemetry: performance data synced from Pulse Frontier hardware (shot timing, movement, grouping, recoil, and similar sensor-derived measurements) consists of estimates produced by consumer electronics and should not be relied upon for safety decisions, forensic purposes, or legal proceedings.

11.Data Portability

A Creator's Members belong to that Creator's community, not to Pulse Frontier. If a Creator's account is deactivated or the Creator chooses to leave the Platform, Pulse Frontier will provide the Creator a reasonable export of: subscriber contact information, subject to each Member's consent and privacy settings; journal or feedback content the Creator authored; and posts and digital products the Creator uploaded. The specific export process, format, and timing will be set out in the Creator Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and is not fully defined by this Terms of Service.

12.Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an as-is basis. Pulse Frontier does not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any Creator's content, feedback, or advice, and is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from advice or feedback given through the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Each Member and Creator is responsible for their own compliance with applicable firearms laws in their jurisdiction.

13.Governing Law and Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Pulse Frontier may update these Terms from time to time and will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
